    Help Desk Error

    today when i tried submitting a ticket to the help desk with a photo attached to it, it would come up with a window with chinese lettering in it and wouldnt submit the ticket

    Try clearing your browsers cookies/cache and give it another shot. If it still doesn't work, try using a different browser or uploading the image to an image hosting service (such as imageshack) and including the link in your ticket. Good luck!
