Problem with Ultimate Game Card

I had redeemed a $20 Ultimate Game Card from the store today and i come home to redeem it and it tells me i have refilled ecoins by 2,000. But when i go back to the item shop i ony have 5 ecoins still. The store gave me the reciept that says it was activated for sure. I would like my ecoins as soon as possible please.

I refilled it too with a $20 ultimate game card just an hour ago (+-2:30pm). It did the usall refill thing but when I saw the balance, it remained as is (35 ecoins). I sent a notice to the help desk but it says that it is still waiting for http://www.cabal.com/Suport/HelpDesk... and wont load anything on the page even now as im typing this message in this forum. So kindly fix this problem with your help desk and let us have our ecoins please...thanks
