    Forgot how you get it, but its through guild. Look for some of the guilds running around with it. The stats are : Sword, Magic Amp. +2%, Attack, Magic Attack +2, HP +30

    It was from the guild point event. Yet they seem to have forgotten to remove the title. Or they took it off then added it back. One of those.

    They added them back after the Saints Requiem update.
