Account transfer?

Hey,

I registered an account for Cabal with OGPlanet over 18 months ago. Is it still possible for me to transfer it over to ESTsoft as I can't seem to find the account transfer button anywhere when I login to the website.

The transfer period ended officially, but there is still process in which the support team may beable to transfer it for you since the database remained intact from what I understand, it was transferred from OGPlanet to ESTsoft.

Correct steps to take are already mentioned here, as well as the guidelines for information needed:

If you wish to transfer your OGP account/character/s, kindly provide the following.

OGP ID:
Email:
*** Please attach a screenshot of the email from OGP (must include your OGP ID and Email) ***
Character Name/s:
Character Level/s:
Battle Style of your character/s:
Server :

Please ensure you have sufficient slots on your account for the transfer.

Please go to www.ogplanet.com request a new password, OGP will then send you an email with a new password. This email should contain your OGP ID and your OGP email. Please take a screen shot of this email and send it in a help desk.
