    venus, u'll see like about 50-100 ppl every town in every channel.
    u can't see that in merc :/

    im just assuming here but if your char is like lvl 1-100 you might aswell start over. You can get past what lvl your last char was in no time.

    DONT spend the 42 (or w/e) bucks on transferring a low lvl char.
