    explain how a blocked 3rd party program user can get a 2nd chance and others dont

    me and my bro both got blocked, the fact was i quit cabal and he used my acc, somehow he got banned, using 3rd party programs i heard, but together alone my account also got blocked perm.

    My bro sent a ticket ask for an unblock of his account, heres wot gm Surreal said:
