Please Help Me With My Account

Hey people i need some help. About a year back, i played this game almost every day. When i stopped playing i believe i was about lvl 107 or so. I just reinstalled the game today and logged into my old account. All my characters are still there. However, they are all lvl 1. Its my old account, and my old characters, but they are all back to lvl 1. I had a blader, lvl 107 (or so), and a force shielder around lvl 70. Can someone tell me what happend? And how/if i can get them back?
