12/24 or 15/24 whichever I can ge tmy hands on paired with a 40 dmg +15 lapis and a 26 dmg fc +10 or higher would that be better than

same helm and same lapis orb with a 40 dmg topaz +15

which helm is the same? lol 12/24 and 15/24 with 2x 40% damage weapons is fine you would just need to adjust your rings to suit the situation. Its up to you actually because both the 26% Forcy Orb and 40% topaz will have nice damage but the topaz will out do the Forcy on crits, UNLESS if the Forcy was +15 as well so you will need to use a damage tester and character builder to see which orb outputs the highest dps over time.
