    Seems like a lot of Xmas hacking took place. I got everything back minus a couple hundred mil, but I knew on the front end that not everything was guaranteed back. Personally I'd rather have the gear than the alz. Like I said before, I wish everyone sending tickets the best

    the reason they don't change emails because of account security. you could get hacked and all they have to do is send ticket saying i want to change email to *such and such* and then u could never get new password for your account. which means u lose your entire account with no hope of ever getting it back
