EST GMs, you ask people to use helpdesk and this is what happens when they do.

SuXeY is a legit player in every way. he has never bought alz or used any third party programs. even with the 3 years of playing his gears are still average. he doesn't deserve to be banned. I strongly encourage people to think twice about playing this game if this issue doesn't get fixed because if a player as legit as SuXeY can be banned, anyone can. To the GMs, I you guys needs to look into the situation more before you decide to perm ban a legit player, don't make people lose the little faith they have left in you.

When stuff like this happens, you gotta do some homework.
*Ahem* Kinda like in real life. Know your laws and you won't get man handled by the cops, and in this case its the ToS (Terms of Service).
If you know you haven't done anything wrong, you should at least have some form of evidence in your defense.
Surely there must be some log/file from YOUR computer on YOUR end that YOU can provide evidence that you're innocent.
I'm not saying this is a court room case or anything xD...but its always good to have something to back your ass up just in case at all times whether it'd be a screenshot, video, etc.
