Why Cabal EU have things that we don't have?
I mean they have something that gives ur exp to another1,something called oath of exprience i think.I think that all cabals must have the same features unless i'm mistaken and they already exist.But i don't think that they exist.

they dont have ECHs,ECHHs,or core enhancer in cash shop.....from what i heard =P
so they have to use like... 2 safeguards each failure :/

they do have echs,echhs,but they are more expensive there than here....& that's not the point i need that oath to make more business

I'd rather have safeguards over enhanced cores any day of the week,look....If NA put in safeguards permanently then all the impatient people with money would get full +15 overnight,That's to be expected....But the economy boost would be amazing from the people who have to farm for vouchers,more dungeons would be run more frequently,more hunting would take place meaning more conflict in war maps.

Cabal NA putting safeguards in cash shop permanently is a win/win situation for everyone.
