Wa pve pvp

I am a LVL 124 WA and Im still having trouble figuring out what skills are the best for PVP and PVE. I read the other forums but somethings seemed to not make sense. Like lvl18 seismic wave that's kinda high. Can anybody help me.

Warrior's attacks don't stun. What's good about it is that it lets you keep SW at lvl 18 for pvp, and loops back to SW, WW fast enough for PVE

dont use rising shot or rolling crash, those are terrible skills.
imo, lvl 12 sw and lvl 20 ww is the best for pvp.

at your lvl, you could try SW9 WW9 SW9 SD18
for pve also...just use what works for you
