Walkspeed over 700

Movement/walkspeed over 700 with no bike; its important to note the character may have had movement speed potions from cash shop, however given the level and such of the character, im assuming it was walkspeed modification with 3rd party tools, as they were running back n forth for quite some time. please check if the player has bought, used, or possessed the movement potions, if not i would watch the characters speed ingame.

New level event gives you speed potions as a reward at Lvl 69 I believe so this prob is just someone using a movement potion.
