and whats the best way to +15 a s.tit helm?
im thinking about getting 40 ecm from cashshop
or maybe wait till i get it to +9 then use ecm

i got a 40% cdi helm (i really didnt care about the 7%rate even tho i wouldnt hurt)
if i got it to +15 it would be better than an osm,sig or forcium helm?
