135ish wa looking for help

Just need to know what i can do to improve.
Right now my gear is more towards pve
osm gs +8 54critd
forcium helm +20 crit damage
hands body legs are pretty much just for def. total def is 1050ish
2xbof+2 14amp
i got vamp gear

not the best. what would i need to get my damage output up(yeah i know amp), but items per each body part, as decent good and ideal.Also what dungeons can i solo? thanks for the help.i got about 200kk to start out any help advice is appreciated.

Just going off of what modem told me but get a 40cd stit helm and it seems like you don't have that much CR since u didnt show it in your gs or helm so he said go for a redosm GS 16/40 and like you said stit amp boots and gloves and osm amp suit. Also at least +9 all your gear and if you have merg ring(+15% CR) + that 16/40 Gs than you should be fine with cr and be able to max out your Cd with Crit Rings and Kred board if you can afford.
