Account Management Issues?

EST took a month to tell me the reason i had my account blocked was someone attempted to hack me and that they got my security password wrong. they tell me go to account management to fix it and close the ticket. so i go and click on account management. typed in my info. and yea it says invalid information even though all my info is friggen correct so now im going on about another 3 weeks or so of waiting so FAR, just for them to reply on what the hell i can do now. like seriously going on two months i havent been able to access this account just because of est thats ridiculous least ogp answered my tickets within 1- 1 1/2 weeks and that was back when i was an open beta tester. all i want is to reset my stinking password and the gms arent even checking their sticky post on it and i posted 2 weeks ago-.- no response on there either.

id really appreciate it if someone would stop jerking me around and just fix the stinking web site so i can play already sheesh.
