Gm please look at ticket 76854, my lv 181 fs have no crystal equipped but its locked, i cant equip any crystal or unlock that slot.

Interesting. Bcs you try to unlock and it says there's nothing to unlock o.o. Odd. But posting for GM's to look at a ticket on the forums is a no-go and doesn't make you look smart. It's better to PM them on Facebook with the details and link to ticket.

You can play, just not with your Crystal atm. Try this: next time you have a Legacy Weapon equipped (bcs it takes both slots) unlock the cry slot, or try.
