I'm trying to get my old characters back. I log in and my name shows up on the page, but when I try to click Account or Support I get the error that I need to Transfer or Register my account. I know what I need to put in my ticket to request the transfer, but it won't let me open a ticket.

Is there an email address to contact Support directly?

Same issue im having. I sent an email to [email protected]. IDK if that'll work but the email went through. Try that
