We cannot see exactly what kind of gear they have, but we do know these givens:
190 rank bm3 gives: 460 Magic/4 Amp
190 rank A skill gives: 845 Magic/90 Amp
Manticore defense is 2218
Before synergies/aura/aos you can see that his A skill hits 4117 noncrit, 10189 crit.
This tells us that the FA has 147 crit dmg.
4117+2218=6335 (6335 is what their Magic*Amp should be)

Let's estimate the FA's base Magic and Amp to be equivalent to an endgame FA in NA (after 190 rank up)
Assume the FA has 1200 magic (about 1180 at 180 rank, 1160 before OB, *note that the Korean FA did this with OB on*)
Assume the FA has 60 Amp (this is typical for an FA who has 7 amp on one orb, or a small amount of amp on both orbs)
So add up the Magic, 1200 base, 460 bm3, 845 A skill
And multiply by the Amp, 1+ (.6 base+.04 bm3+ .9 A skill)
(1200+460+845)*(2.54) = 6363 (This is the pure noncrit before defense is subtracted)
6363-2218 = 4145 noncrit *(1+1.47) = 10238 crit

Summary:
Observed Damage: 4117 noncrit, 10189 crit.
from the video *only 147 Crit Dmg is definitively known*
Estimated Damage: 4145 noncrit, 10238 crit
from an FA with the following stats(after 190 rank up):
1200 Magic
60 Amp
147 Crit Dmg
So a 180 FA who has roughly 1160 Magic, 147 Crit Dmg, 60 Amp (these are not impossible to achieve in NA) will be able to 2 bar Manticore with no buff pots by the time they are 190. This is assuming the crit rate is similar to the Korean FA's crit rate which is unknown (and impossible to determine with our given information)

Note:
An FA with the following stats(after 190 rank up):
1200 Magic
60 Amp
147 Crit Dmg
Without aura/aos/buff pots (and under the assumption that 190 rank bm2 gives 255 magic), will hit Manticore for
511 noncrit, 1218 crit (.733 sec series, not per shot)
So bm3, compared to bm2, can be several times more dps, especially on a target with high defense and/or regen.
