    My guess is that its a form of a GM buff.

    Its got the same icon as another old GM buff (Idk if they use it anymore) it use to be called Curse or something like that and instead of buffing you, it was a long term debuff.... GM Spoon use to use it on me xD

    Not sure, but the icon is similar to GM debuffs.

    The FB DiamondSword told me that you get it at 180 for FB( I lol'd a few times) but it's not a GM debuff or buff....because he party me and kept using it...he just release his buffs and cast them again,and the same buff appears. how? i have no idea,Just wondering what it is.

    you know how when u go to war n ur getting attacked by invisible pixels when no cap/proc is near you o.o i think that buff is so OP!
