Weapon Choice: Osm or SIG?

Well i am trying to decide wat weapon woiuld be better for my bl.
2 Osm kats of DB+6 26%cd or 2 SIG kats+7 20%cd?
With the osm kats i lose 42 atk but gain 12%cd
With the Sig Kats i gain 42 atk but lose 12%cd
My Bl is Lv.118.
He has 805 Atk with the SIG kats and 109%cd.
He has 763 Atk with the osm kats and 121&cd.
