To assist us in solving these problems, we are asking players who are currently experiencing abnormal latency issues to submit a help desk ticket containing the following information:

Internet Service Provider (ISP):
Location: (Country and State)
Date and Time: (When the issue occurred.)
Description: (of the issue)

This information will greatly assist us in our technical investigation of the reported latency issues.
