isp's are not to blame. servers just have like 2 dollars worth of infrastructure invested in them.

optimum here and sometimes its bad.

Sometimes it looks like my internet but then i actually test it and its fine.
it isnt my internet it seems to be their servers. GG u guys know how to trouble shoot and maintain servers.

It seems like with my personal connection on AT&T, it doesn't lag at all for a little while and then lag of course out of no where for several seconds to minutes. It's almost like they downgraded the servers speed for some reason...lol it's like trying to fit 11 people in a 10 man vent, just not working~
