    can some1 or GM tell me how long it take for Help desk to reply ur report? because i've been report my problem like 3 week now and still haven't hear anything back yet

    yea heard now adays it takes from 4-6 weeks now
    i send in a hd ticket a week ago took 48 hrs
    then i sent another one but still waiting ,,,,,,,,,,,,
