Hp Steal % Issue?

Hi, I currently have equipped

Extortion Bracelet +2 1 Slot Hp Steal 1% x2 (10% Hp Steal total)
Forcium Gauntlet (WA) of Absorption +6 Hp Steal 2% (12% Hp Steal total now)

But in my C menu it only says i have 8% Hp Steal, can someone tell me why?

Because your math is off.

Extortion Bracelet +2 gives 2% HP/MP Steal. Slotted with HP steal gives one more %.

So your Extortion Bracelet +2 gives 3% HP Steal per, so two = 6% HP steal.
+ Forcium Gauntlet with 2% HP steal

Total = 8% HP Steal
4% MP Steal
