Gm read only!!!!
Since feb 25 i was hacked and lost my character,items,and alz. The very next day i sent a ticket and got a quick response. I was asked to send a new ticket with the template you provided and i did. Then for about 4 days the ticket remained on OPEN then it changed to "Ticket in progress" its been like that for like 3 days now. I lost like 1b in alz over 10b worth of items, plus a bunch of usd i wasted on ecoins. I provided detailed information and even screenshots and explained when and how it happened so please help me regain my stuff back. My character i dont care much about i can just buy a new one on forums but all my items and alz i do need back because its things that took me a while to get and even wasted usd on ecoins to help me get those things. So please finish off my ticket and give me back my items.
