Auction House not releasing my items/alz?

First time logging in after the account transfer. I previously had items in my 3 auction house slots. Two are complete and give me the option to receive alz, the other is expired. When I click "Receive Alz," I get a message saying failed to receive alz. When I attempt to cancel my other item, it says "Failed to cancel item registration." I use the AH alot and it's kinda frustrating when I'm unable to use it. Anyone had this problem and know a fix?
