    How do the sig stuff in cs work?

    I already know that they come +9, but I was wondering if the craft on them were random. Say if you bought the one with 2 blades, could one be s. amp and the other be m. amp? Also are they character bound or account bound when you buy them?

    yes the craft is random some times you get decent sometimes you get garbage......

    and very very very rare chance the item will be permanent.

    It's not worth it, unless you plan to buy em in mass amount, chances are you won't even get perm and if you do, it'll probably be a crap one. Better to just save and buy some decent weps from ah.
