The thing that is right after Axorc. I've heard it raises the chances of a lycanus weapon to drop. Also heard it raises the chances of epics to drop, etc. The GMs didn't quite give me a clear answer. Would appreciate if someone could tell me

yes it does raise the lycanus drop rate a bit
