How to go about acquiring a 14/80 GS?

OK I've seen screenshots of 14 rate 80 dmg great swords and my question is does the sword have to be crafted 32% dmg with 2 slots and put rate in the 1st slot and slot ext it with dmg in the other 2 slots to get 14/80? I've been away for a long time (almost 2 years) so not really aware of how these things work lol, still adjusting to all the changes to the game

So heres what you do, get a 2 slot pc dmg gs and:

1 spend 7b+ on a rate scroll.

2 random it's first slot

3 random it's last slot after extending.

So I random the 1st and 3rd slots instead of putting damage in them?

No. You only random one slot to get rate, then put damage in other slots.

random 2 slot after xtended- fail rate - put 1 FCore and hope slot 3 fail - random again
rate in slot 2 - upgrade GS to +15 - happy put dmg in 3 slot with 90% success

Wait a sec, If I have to random a slot to get rate, what is the point of having a rate scroll? Or are you guys just recommending i random it because the rate scrolls are so rare/expensive?

rate on wep its good if its 14/80 since u can get extra 10-15% DMG on rings
