i cant receive the new update, it keep failed and i reinstall the cabal still not showing any sign to receive the update. i restored point my comp but the cabal still failed to update the new content.
showing this error message instead.. please guide me

Full client download seems error now..

check your firewall settings and make sure both gameguard and cabal.exe are allowed. If its not that then it could be either an operating system file that has become corrupt or your hard drive is dieing.

Have you tried right-clicking the icon and running as admin? I had a similar issue earlier today after downloading the update, where it would attempt to load and nothing would show up. Turns out that I needed to run as admin in order to get the launcher to come up.
