    Start up error please help!

    Installed Cabal on another computer and it says "This application has failed to start because d3d9.dll was not found" Please help!

    Download the DirectX Web user runtime.

    http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=35

    It should fix that. If it does not fix it then look specifically for the Direct X9 runtime.
