Cabal.exe is virus?

I scanned my computer last night with commodo essentials and found that there was a threat in cabal.exe, so is this a fail threat? Any GMs answer this pls.

well in the past i was using some anti virus program cabalmain inserted it self behind my task manager and a week later i couldnt open my task manager and next my computer was tooken over by a virus(infinite pop ups, couldnt open certain sites like yahoo google )after that my computer kept turning on and off by itself my best suggestion is to get norton or avg as your anti virus sense they block shiz like that and let u still play cabal but i advice norton sense its epic
