    Cr/mcr scrolls question.

    Hi, guys. I have a question on the scrolls: from +7 items drop rate of scrolls on cr/mcr 100% or not? If not, how often do they drop?
    We may soon have to put the episode 8 (I play on the Russian server) and would like to know this moment in advance)

    on +7 or higher items you have a 100% chance of getting a scroll, what kind you get is still random.

    The slots don't effect the scroll at all, the only way to up the chance for certain scroll is to use amp/outrageous +7 or higher gears to get amp scrolls. Other than that, it's completely random.
