    lol maybe they shoulda warn players this is going to happen and make sure they can access there emails as many people i bet don't even have there name on the account making id proof useless

    hey gm about how long will it be taking for tickets regaurding this issue to be resolved ... a littile warning before woulda been nice.<---never been hacked or had account issues before this ma =first time i ever had an account problem

    @live email cant receive any e-mail send from estsoft got the error and even try the forget password and still no e-mail receive from estsoft

    I had an issue of de-activated E-mail and got it back to work again
    Please send me a mail again GM i want to go back to the game

    i have the same problem

    Like thou, my hotmail acc did not get any email to reset password. I agree , this reset password should be optional >.< I also think Sape is right though. It is a bit too much for asking ppl to submit TWO ID just for this. After all, we love the game but this force reset password does drive some of us away and causes more work for Help Desk. Maybe, EST soft does have good intention to protect players however using only email address to confirm the ownership right is not that great idea because (like some of us said) some email addresses do get deactivated after a period of time or maybe we forgot our email passwords or some other problems with the email we cant receive any mails >.< I really hope help desk can help me and other players who are loyal to the game. thank you and hope to hear from GM soon

    OK...... Look I've been trying to reset my password both with the forced reset page you guys give and the forgot password option.... both aren't working. i have to specifically REACTIVATE my yahoo account to do this stupid thing and even after i did i STILL haven't received an email from you guys..... my husbands account on the other hand i was able to do in two seconds, but hey, I've been playing since closed alpha 1 and I've never had a problem until well, yesterday. i understand you're trying to be more "secure"but this should have been optional, not forced seeing i reset my password last month.

    not to mention, i don't trust the internet. there is no way in hell i am sending you my personal information as well as GOVERNMENT id. sorry, but no. that's even less safe then giving a friend my password. not like id be able to do it anyways cause i cant access my account or even file a ticket..... but you know....

    so please...... pretty please with a cherry on top, fix my account and the accounts of those that you have screwed up with this unannounced decision.
