hmm so if i buy a lvl 8 capsule from the prepaid shop i can use it on any lvl char on my acc?

Man, why are some people still complaining about how hard it is to level.

Do you understand how EASY they made this game? I've played this game since Beta back when OGP still owned it, and let me tell you........... it was harder than it is now, good times though. Still wish OGP still owned the game...


And atleast the quests now give you your skills and decent alz, back then there wasn't any of this. The best we had was hidden helper.
