Can't delete my character? (wrong password...?!)

Ok this may be only me.. but when I enter my password to delete the character (not lvl 50+) it says I got it wrong. I got no sub password and I use my account password. What password do I use?!

Nah, we should wait for GM to fix it. But if you need to delete be4 the fix then just send ticket and provide following info:

can i delete a banned character?

Yea,I have a lvl 18 wizard I want to delete and I can't.I changed my pw because of the force pw change and I can get into game & website,but I can't use it to delete my character.Hope they get it fixed soon.:-(

Sorry for necroing this thread, but I'm having the same problem and the GM who answered my ticket didn't read it. Can you make sure someone looks into it please? Ticket numbers 79798 and 79878
