I have been putting the decision off and now that I am nearing level 115 it is getting quite annoying that I can't even use the second warps with a warpstone like the losing side could even use. Cabal doesnt exactly treat neutrals well.

It says join the darkside and get a free cookie.... So the darkside is trying to spy on my computer? What if I have cookies disabled?

So 2 for proc and 0 for cap and no real reasons given yet... I am 122 now -- still havent chosen a side. I will say that the game feels much easier than it was when I played it in 2007.

You'll get 10% bonus exp and some other shtuff if you join proc
