Even tho the prices were quite different EU never had Enhanced cores.. maybe thats why the prices of their Safeguards were lower

yea but don't they have core enhancers?...like we used to. We really didn't need the enhanced cores when the enhancers were present but est had to remove them and yet prices of safeguards remained higher.
