It's the "second language" because of mass illegal immigration; if it wasn't for law-breakers and felons, it wouldn't be used at all.

On a world scale, the main lingua franca are English, French, and Chinese.

Spanish is insignificant. It's not an anti-foreign sentiment. I love many different countries and peoples of the world. I speak 3 different languages. It's just fact that the least significant people/countries/languages are ~ well you know who
