To all the notes, how about limiting the honor level for each tier and increasing experience gain for each tier?
Example:
T1: honor level 6 max.
T2: honor level 9 max.
T3: honor level 12 max.
T4: honor level 15 max.
T5: honor level 20 max.
This may reduce the amount of hardcore farmers and balancing out the war.
For the bonus war, I think EST bases on the Korean version for reference because most of players in Korea are high levels and T5 war is always crowded so the result is decided by T5.

P.S. I just put it out for fun . I doubt EST will do anything about war in the future. The majority of the changes base mostly on the Korean server.
