    Just Wondering

    i have been wondering if it is against the TOS to change the UI skin on cabal? want something new instead of the old one. I wanted to see if it was ok to change that kind of stuff before i did and get banned for it. and it if is post some screen shots of some good ones and and let me know where i can download some from plz.
