GM pls look at this!

While doing my lvl 130 rank up quest,
it says kill 70 flame warrior zombies...so i have 60/70 killed
then i gather a group of 4 flame warrior kill them but only 3 kills register
and this happen repeatedly with groups of 3-4 flame warrior zombies.
is this intentional or because 2 of em die simultaneously it registers as 1?

In Eodbf2 there are flame warrior zombies and flame slayer zombies they look the same but are not the same.
