Well i send a ticket to help desk and i never got a respons i'm just wondering are they actually helping people right now in help desk and if so how much should i wait before sending another ticket or am i just wasting my time going there and sending tickets?

GMs are trying their best to get through all the tickets sent in. Even though it may take weeks, sending another ticket will just make it hard for the GMs.
