Remove level cap for skilling

Seriously. it doesn't make a difference AT ALL.
bot's will just skill train to the cap, go lvl, then go back to skill training.
it was a stupid idea for them to put a cap on it.
All you did was cripple normal playing people.
so what, you delayed the time it takes for the bots to own everyone else.
there still gonna lvl up faster and skill train more than ANYONE else. thus still
an advantage over the average player. so in the end if your a bot.
it's like nothing really changed at all.

what bots?..there are none,may as well bring the alz drop amount % back to 9 months ago of 200-2k a drop cuz the g.m.'s do a better job banning bots than OGP ever did
