Comparing Orbs

I no there are millions of threads about orbs but my question is a bit different. I had amp in both my orbs till bm3 came out and now im switching to crit. As of now i have forci 20cd orb and a forci 26cd orb. I was planning on getting a sig 7/40 or just 40cd orb to replace the forci 20cd orb. But now im stuck between the forci 26cd orb or forci 20cd 3amp orb. Which one is better? Would the 3amp do more dmg over the 6cd?
