It took Jordan 7 years in the League to get his first title and it took Lebron 9 years. And oh, Jordan essentially missed his entire second year, so you could argue it took him only 6 years. But the point remains the same, Lbron had to be in the league 2 more years and leave his own team to goto someone else's team because he has no leadership skills.
