Bonus war handicap please

Ok lets face it.
Most decently geared people in T5 Mercury are all nuthugging certain procs and joining them making war VERY one sided. So I propose a handicap for the BONUS war only

So everytime at 11pm cst on Saturday if Procs win, the next week 5% handicap on them. If they win again 10%. If caps win then no handicap unless caps start winning consecutively

We know most procs are nuthuggers.

Have you seen Kyo and Turd holding hands the entire war? Even when cap's score is down by 20k. It's pathetic.
