    Helpdesk since the update

    Has anyone gotten a reply on any helpdesk tickets they submitted since the update? I sent one on the day of the update, still haven't heard back. Some of my guildies are in the same boat.

    Odd. I've done 3 since and all 3 answered. One was completed in 7 minutes from start, granted I kinda was talking on FB with him but still, they were completed o.o.

    why are they on facebook while at work. i'm guessing that is why we haven't seen any events. not that i really give much of a shiit anymore
