Still looks like fa is OP after this update.

I believe "single target skills" refers to the orange text skills

Which makes sense when you compare Shooting Star to Assassinate and Whirlwind

"Decrease stats of Attack Rate / Defense Rate Upgrade skills"

well, sixth sense just went out the window

and it looks like this is mainly gonna make fa more op(increaseing their skill dmg and their base dmg), and add more dmg for already high base crit fs's.

as an fb, i would like to see the 3 buffs turned into 1 or w/e bc they do take up 3 buff slots and its just annoying getting heal or somethin and losing a blade skill bc of it.

We have no way to know if any class will be overpowered, underpowered, etc.

And while defense rate on upgrade skills might be lowered, it is very possible that we'll have higher survival with the new "Block" feature.

We won't have any real insight for at least a couple more months when this stuff is implemented in the official KO server.
